About Dr. Aryn

Evolve was brought to life by Dr. Aryn Thomas; an energetic, adventure seeking soul, with the passion to find as many joys in life as possible. This version of her came alive not only through NetworkSpinal chiropractic care, but with the addition of deeply healing root experiences/traumas.

 

Dr. Aryn struggled for most of her childhood with nervous system dysregulation, presenting as speech impediments, fear of people (strangers and family alike), proprioceptive issues and constant injuries. Into early adulthood, she struggled with sexual traumas, emotional abuse, disassociation and isolation. This version of her was anything but empowered.

 

NetworkSpinal Chiropractic opened the door to tap into her innate power, to liberate from the stories that no longer served her and embody the strategies that ignited healing to expand into this healthier, joyous version of herself. Her passion, fueled through personal experience, has expanded what she saw possible and has ultimately guided her to serve people in even more ways.

Trained as an INSPIRE Method™️ Facilitator, she's not only able to serve clients in the office, but in a virtual container, as well. Bringing together Somato-Respiratory Intergration (SRI) breathwork, somatic practices and rewiring root experiences, she's facilitates virtual sessions that are transformational in nature.
